General Instructions
Our garments are delicate by design. Please treat them with care to preserve their beauty and fit.

We recommend hand washing in lukewarm water with a gentle detergent for most pieces.

Always rinse in cold water and avoid soaking for extended periods.

Do not wring, rub, or spin dry. Gently press out excess water and lay flat or hang to dry

Iron inside out on a low setting when necessary.
Bras & Bustiers
These pieces need extra love to stay in shape:

Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

All underwire bras feature a nylon-coated tip to prevent exposure of sharp metal edges. Machine agitation can break the fabric casing and expose the wire.

Padded and pre-moulded cups can lose shape or get damaged in washing machines and dryers.

Hand wash in lukewarm water, use a mild detergent, rinse cold.

Gently press out water (never wring), fold in half, and lay flat to dry.
Accessories
Your accessories are just as special — here's how to keep them beautiful:

Do not soak or wash in hot water.

For metal, faux leather, or embellished items (like anklets, chokers, and play accessories), wipe clean with a soft damp cloth and allow to air dry completely before storing.

Avoid alcohol-based cleaners or strong detergents, which can strip finishes or damage delicate materials.

Store separately in a dry place, ideally in a pouch or box to prevent scratching or tangling.
