Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a clear return and exchange policy to ensure hygiene and fairness for all customers.
Return eligibility
1. Condition of items – Alive Bedrooms accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with tags attached, within 30 days of the delivery date.
To ensure hygiene, we recommend you try on items over your own underwear. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or direct contact with skin will not be accepted.
2. Final sale items – Products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund. Please refer to product descriptions for specific exclusions.
3. Items not meeting return conditions – Merchandise that does not meet the return requirements will not be refunded and will be disposed of on site. These items will not be returned to the sender.
Return shipping & fees
1. Return shipping cost – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you use our return label, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund.
2. Original shipping fee – Original shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
3. Processing time – Returns may take 5–7 business days to process after the returned package is delivered.
Defective or incorrect items
If you received a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at contact@alivebedrooms.com
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve the matter quickly.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please return the original item and place a new order.

Items returned without prior authorization may take longer to process and may not be eligible for a refund.
